Trailer Usage Policy

This Trailer Usage Policy defines the terms and conditions for carriers who choose to use trailers provided by GlobalTranz under the Dedicated Lane Program.

• Carriers using a GlobalTranz-provided trailer are required to pay: $500 per month (fixed fee)
• This fee applies for each month the trailer is assigned or in use, regardless of load frequency.

• Carriers who operate using their own trailers: No monthly trailer fee will be charged

• Trailer fees are billed on a monthly basis
• Payment must be made on time as per agreed billing cycle
• Late or missed payments may result in:
  • Load suspension
  • Removal from dedicated lane program

The carrier is fully responsible for:

• Safe operation and handling of the trailer
• Routine checks and proper usage
• Any damage, loss, or negligence

Any damages may result in additional repair or replacement charges

• GlobalTranz trailers must be used only for approved and assigned loads
• Unauthorized use, subleasing, or reassignment is strictly prohibited

Trailers must be returned:

• In good and working condition
• Free from excessive damage beyond normal wear and tear

• This policy remains active throughout the Dedicated Lane Agreement period (minimum 3 months or agreed term)

Failure to comply may result in:

• Immediate termination of trailer usage
• Additional charges
• Removal from GlobalTranz programs

By using a GlobalTranz trailer, the carrier agrees to all terms stated in this policy.
