Welcome to Global Tranz. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our services, including transportation, logistics, and related solutions. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Company refers to Global Tranz.
• Customer refers to any individual or entity using our services.
• Services refers to transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, and related services.

Global Tranz acts as a third-party logistics provider and freight broker, coordinating transportation services through authorized carriers. We do not own or operate transportation equipment unless explicitly stated.

The Customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete shipment information.
• Ensure proper packaging and labeling of goods.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not ship prohibited or hazardous materials without prior disclosure and approval.

• Rates are provided based on shipment details and are subject to change.
• Payment terms are due as specified on invoices.
• Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension.

Carriers engaged through Global Tranz are responsible for:

• Safe and timely delivery of shipments.
• Compliance with all transportation laws and safety regulations.
• Maintaining proper licensing and insurance coverage.

• Global Tranz is not liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by carriers, except as required by law.
• Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within the required time frame.
• Customers are encouraged to obtain cargo insurance.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipments are not insured by Global Tranz. Additional insurance may be arranged upon request for an extra fee.

Customers may not ship:

• Illegal goods
• Hazardous materials (without disclosure)
• Perishable or fragile goods without proper packaging

Global Tranz shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

Global Tranz reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the Customer violates these Terms.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of business.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Global Tranz operates.

Global Tranz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
