Dedicated Lane Policy

This Dedicated Lane Policy outlines the terms, responsibilities, and service expectations for carriers participating in GlobalTranz dedicated lane operations. The goal is to ensure consistency, reliability, and long-term operational stability.

• Carriers must commit to the assigned dedicated lane for a minimum period of 3 months or full completion of agreed round trips
• Once a lane is assigned, the carrier is expected to start operations on the agreed date without delay

Carriers are required to:

• Complete all assigned round trips without interruption
• Maintain on-time pickup and delivery performance
• Provide consistent and reliable service throughout the agreement period

To maintain smooth operations:

• Carriers must not delay scheduled loads without prior approval
• Last-minute cancellations are strictly prohibited
• Any scheduling issues must be communicated in advance

Failure to follow these standards may result in removal from the program.

• Continuous service quality is mandatory
• Repeated delays, missed loads, or inconsistent service may lead to:
  • Lane reassignment
  • Contract termination

• Carriers will be paid as per agreed load rates and contract terms
• Payments are processed upon successful completion of loads and submission of required documents

Non-compliance includes:

• Failure to start lane on agreed date
• Partial completion of contract (e.g., leaving after one month)
• Missed or rejected loads without valid reason

Such actions may result in:

• Immediate removal from the lane
• Termination of agreement

This policy is strictly enforced to prevent operational disruptions caused by:

• Uncommitted carriers reserving lanes
• Delayed starts after confirmation
• Early exits before completing agreed trips

Only serious and committed carriers are allowed to participate.

GlobalTranz reserves the right to:

• Monitor performance
• Enforce compliance
• Terminate agreements in case of violations

By accepting a dedicated lane, the carrier agrees to comply with all terms outlined in this Dedicated Lane Policy.
